Reopening of Canava Avantis in a new location in Spring 2019

Enchanted from the Assyrtiko variety of Santorini and from the uniqueness of the excuisite island's terroir, the Winemaker Apostolos Mountrichas "sailed" with the Aegean Sea dolphins up to Messaria in Santorini in 2012, where he launhed the Santorini wines, Dolphins, Afoura and Grace.

The Avantis team reopened an historical Canava of the island for wine tastings and wine tours from 2015-2017 in Messaria. Apostolos Mountrichas decided to relocate the visiting section of the Winery to a new more comfortable and functional premises. Thus, Avantis Cellar Doors  will open to welcome all the winelovers  in May 2019 to Kontochori Fira in order to provide a unique winetourism experience.
